all sales are final and non-refundable. however, if you need to cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, we are pleased to offer a transferable voucher valid for rescheduling within six months.
in exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
